General avecdo

It’s so easy with avecdo—it happens automatically unless you’ve manually disabled auto-upgrade. This ensures you always have the right subscription, even as your shop grows.

It’s as simple as it sounds – the first channel you choose to install is currently free when you have an avecdo service subscription – which means you can have a paid account and still use avecdo for free on a single channel.

Our goal is to ensure everyone is satisfied, which is why we offer refunds to anyone who requests it. Therefore, anyone can get a refund for a purchase in avecdo if they have not used the purchased service and request a refund within 72 hours of the purchase.

Inputs

The easiest way to do this is by going to “Input” and then “Input Settings,” where you can click on “Download Input Data.” While you’re in Input Settings, you can also set how often you’d like us to fetch data from your webshop.

If you have corrected a product or a category on your webshop, there is not an automatic synchronization with avecdo and your channels at the very second. It happens one to several times a day, depending on settings in avecdo and also on the channel itself.

You can set the system to fetch data from your webshop at various intervals. You can also manually go to Input Settings and fetch data from your shop in avecdo. This can be done every half hour. Your channels’ ‘data feeds’ are automatically updated whenever new data with changes is fetched.

The easiest way to update data is to go to the input settings and click ‘download input data’

When installing your Shopify store on avecdo, we require your Shopify domain. Please note, this is not your frontend or backend domain but the domain containing “myshopify.”

To locate the correct domain, click the eye icon next to “Online Store” in your Shopify admin panel. The domain displayed is the one you need to use.
